Thank you for choosing the services of 365 Inspection. We provide professional services of       Pre-shipment final inspection, Container loading check and Factory audit with all-inclusive competitive pricing.

All of our inspectors and auditors have 5+ year experiences in different expertise, such as machines, industry products, metal items, furniture, electronic items etc…

All reports will include details data and photos, we will provide videos during inspection/audit when necessary.

365 Inspection is third party quality service provider. Client always have the right to make final decision on orders (to reject or approve the shipment). Even if the result of inspection report is stating “Pass”, client have the right to reject the shipment.

Below is several terms of conditions regarding to our services that we would like to remind:

• The inspection will be based on the information and requirement provided by client, and inspector will also have comments on the quality of shipment by his experiences. Client may refer to inspection report to make final decision on shipment.
• For Inspections, inspector will randomly select samples to do visual inspection and some on-site tests. The inspected samples will be around 3% of order quantity according to international standard, the inspection result will be only represent those 3% of inspected products at time of inspection, 365 Inspection doesn’t guarantee the quality of whole orders.
• For machine or big equipment inspection, the inspection result only represent the quality at time of inspection.

The machine or equipment may have malfunction after inspection or factory missed to deliver some of part, it is strong recommend that client should have agreement with factory or supplier to provide installation service and provide 1 – 3 years warranty service in free of charge.

• For factory audit, 365 auditor provides detailed information of workshop, machinery, production capacity, facilities, etc… on audit report for client’s reference. 365 Inspection doesn’t take responsibility in case client have any argument, conflict between client and factories/suppliers or quality issues of orders.
